preliminary interview. By scheduling a preliminary interview, recruiters get
familiar with candidates. By prescreening the candidates, we locate people to
the open positions faster and more sufficient. Thus, by the time Clients
submit new open positions, recruiters know an exact match for the position.
Some of the clients prefer to have either contractors or permanent employees.
